I loved calling on Sheila (and Chris, back in the day) having arranged the sale of houses at Frampton Mansell and just below Beaudesert for them. We got on so well over many years and we both had great fun trying to convert me, a Lib Dem and her, a Socialist to our own causes. I knew I would never win her over, even from Jeremy Corbyn, and she probably guessed she stood no hope with me but never gave up! I admired her greatly for choosing to live down steep Well Hill in Minch but the exercise she had to expend to get up to the centre of the village probably helped her longevity. I would never have guessed that she was 87! You will be very greatly missed by everyone who ever knew you. Don’t wear yourself out singing The Red Flag too frequently up there!
